We supply a broad range of beauty and personal care tools, including makeup brushes, makeup sponges, eyelash curlers, eyebrow trimmers, makeup mirrors, facial tools, cotton products, disposable face towels, and related accessories. 1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process may include checks of specifications, dimensions, surface condition, color, cleanliness, and material suitability according to product requirements and approved samples.

• Metal parts are checked for surface finish, sharp edges, corrosion risk, and dimensional consistency.
• Plastic and silicone components are reviewed for molding quality, color consistency, deformation, and visible defects.
• Fibers, fabrics, cotton materials, and absorbent components are checked for appearance, texture, cleanliness, and suitability for their intended use.
• Packaging materials and printed items are reviewed for size, printing accuracy, labeling details, and overall condition.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during production to help identify issues at an early stage. Production teams follow product specifications, approved samples, and internal inspection standards while monitoring assembly, forming, trimming, bonding, stitching, printing, and other relevant processes.

For products such as eyelash curlers, eyebrow trimmers, makeup scissors, facial spoons, scraping boards, and jade rollers, attention is given to functional movement, edge treatment, fit, balance, and surface smoothness. For makeup brushes, makeup sponge products, cotton buds, cotton pads, nursing pads, and disposable face towels, checks may focus on material condition, attachment, shape, cleanliness, and consistency. Beauty accessories such as makeup mirrors, cable ties, and wiring accessories are evaluated according to their specific construction and application requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for packing, finished goods are inspected against the applicable order specifications. Inspection scope is determined by product type, customer requirements, approved samples, and internal quality procedures.

• Appearance: Products are checked for visible defects, stains, scratches, burrs, loose parts, uneven finishing, and color variation.
• Dimensions and assembly: Key measurements, component fit, alignment, and construction are reviewed according to product specifications.
• Function: Moving, opening, closing, trimming, rolling, gripping, or other intended functions are checked where applicable.
• Usability and handling: Products are reviewed for smooth operation, suitable edges, secure connections, and overall handling characteristics.
• Quantity and identification: Product style, color, quantity, labeling, and order details are verified before release.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during storage, transportation, and handling. We review inner packing, outer cartons, protective materials, product arrangement, and carton markings according to the agreed packaging requirements.

Before shipment, the order is reviewed for product style, specifications, quantities, packaging condition, labels, and shipping information. Particular attention is given to products with delicate surfaces, small components, sharp functional parts, or individual retail packaging, including makeup mirrors, makeup brush sets, facial tools, makeup scissors, and disposable or absorbent products.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, customer feedback, production records, and shipment reviews is used to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities. When a deviation is found, the relevant team evaluates the cause and determines appropriate corrective or preventive actions based on the product and situation.
